Happy Earth Day from The Lynx Technique!
Come celebrate in your eco-fashion best on April 25th! We have a show that day with the Monulators and Tsk Tsk Tsk, Come Celebrate at the Church of Fashion this Saturday night. The Church of Fashion show starts at 9pm and is located at the Historical Monument 157 located at 3110 N. Broadway just past Chinatown. The Church of Fashion was started by Charon Nogues, our stylist for our last photo shoot. She has a lot of vision. Come see what it is all about! This will be April Laird's farewell show. April from the Lynx Technique is also wants to invite you to the Echo Park Hiking Club. Read about it and see photos of her hiking on echoparkhikingclub.blogspot.com This Sunday we are meeting at Chango Coffee at 11:30 and will go hiking in the Angeles Forest. Driving up the 2 and hiking for about 3 hours returning at 3:30. Coming back in time for several BBQs and shows that night!!! If you wish to go hiking, contact april at april@lynxtechnique.com
Finally, we have our final show at the Unurban Cafe, click here to see flyer. We have been playing there once a month all spring. This one will be a special show with Joy Shannon and the Beauty Marks (bassist Andy Zacharias), Dancing Lethargic, The Health Club and Clevis, as well as art by Stephen Anderson, Kebe Fox, Kiyomi, Joy Shannon and Suzanne Walsh. The show is curated by the Eclectic Company.
